How
to Book Your Yacht Charter.
From
your initial enquiry until you return from your
yacht charter, the team at Topline Yacht Charters
is here to help you.
Once we receive an initial enquiry from a client,
we will work tirelessly to prepare a shortlist
of recommended yachts that suit their specific
critieria (whether that's a need for a yacht offering
specific watersports, special dietary requirements
or a particular budget).
We will maintain an ongoing dialogue (and are
available 24/7) either by email or telephone,
whichever is most convenient, to ensure that our
client has all the information needed to make
a selection.
We recommend that while deciding which yacht to
book, we place a hold on the dates of the shortlisted
yachts. This doesn't obligate you, but it places
a reservation and means that if another broker
has interested clients they have to notify us
first.
Once you have decided which yacht you would like
to book, we will then send you a contract. This
is signed and witnessed by the client and the
captain.
A 50% deposit is then required to confirm the
charter (25% if arranged more than six months
in advance).
The balance is due 45 days before the start of
the charter.
A
few weeks prior to charter we will email you a
Preference Sheet. This requests information about
the group, including food and drink likes and
dislikes and asks about the type of sailing vacation
you would like and the type of activities you
enjoy. This enables your crew to plan in advance
to make sure your charter is exactly as you want
it to be.
Then, you're good to go. We'll work with you and
the Captain to fine tune any last minute arrangements
then all you have to worry about is relaxing and
having a good time.
